A componente presencial do Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) dedicado à mobilidade integrada decorreu na semana passada em Lisboa, reunindo estudantes europeus que analisaram a experiência dos utilizadores nos interfaces do Cais do Sodré e Oriente. Através de trabalho de campo, contacto com utilizadores e inspiração recolhida no Portugal Smart Cities Summit, os grupos desenvolveram propostas para melhorar a orientação e a acessibilidade nestes espaços.

The in-person component of the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) on integrated mobility took place last week in Lisbon, bringing together European students that analysed the user experience at the Cais do Sodré and Oriente transport hubs. Through fieldwork, user engagement, and inspiration gathered at the Portugal Smart Cities Summit, the groups developed proposals to improve wayfinding and accessibility in these spaces.
