Abertura oficial do BIP Smart Cities & Integrated Mobility
Teve lugar no dia 16 de abril de 2026, em formato online, a sessão de abertura oficial do Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) – Smart Cities & Integrated Mobility, promovido pelo Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa (ISEL), no âmbito do programa Erasmus+, sob a alçada da aliança universitária europeia U!REKA da qual a CML também faz parte.
Durante a sessão, o ISEL apresentou o enquadramento geral do programa, o calendário de atividades e os principais aspetos práticos e organizativos do BIP. A Câmara Municipal de Lisboa (CML) apresentou o desafio lançado aos participantes, centrado na avaliação da experiência do utilizador nos terminais intermodais do Oriente e do Cais do Sodré, enquanto infraestruturas-chave da mobilidade urbana em Lisboa.
Esta sessão marcou o início formal do programa, clarificando os objetivos, metodologia e contexto de trabalho que irão orientar o desenvolvimento dos projetos ao longo do BIP.
Official opening of the BIP Smart Cities & Integrated Mobility
The official opening session of the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) took place online on April 16, 2026. The programme is promoted by the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa (ISEL) within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, under the umbrella of the European University Alliance U!REKA, of which the Lisbon City Council (CML) is also a member.
During the session, ISEL presented the overall framework of the programme, the schedule of activities, and the main practical and organisational aspects of the BIP. The Lisbon City Council (CML) presented the challenge proposed to participants, focused on the assessment of user experience at the Oriente and Cais do Sodré intermodal terminals, which are key infrastructures for urban mobility in Lisbon.
This session marked the formal start of the programme, clarifying the objectives, methodology and working context that will guide the development of the projects throughout the BIP.
